- Overview healthcare quality concepts and the accreditation role in enhancing it in healthcare facilities
- Identification of reportable events for accreditation and regulatory bodies
- Practices on data collection, analysis and management (including training session)
- Risk management methodology and establishing a risk management system in healthcare facilities (Including training session)

Certified Human Resources Professional in Healthcare (CHRPH)
Offers HR training program in healthcare covers the national laws and regulations that HR administrators need to know in order to best manage staff. The sessions will be interactive, engaging, and quick. Most sessions include helpful attachments and handouts to increase learning retention, as well as quizzes & a as well as quizzes & assignments to keep track of how trainees are doing.

Healthcare Management Diploma (HMD)
Healthcare Management Diploma (HMD) is an accredited training program by International Accreditation Organization (USA) & Medinnova Academy Middle East (MAME), strengthening applicants with the basic knowledge of Healthcare management and allow them to be a Management executive and in-charge in their healthcare facilities (Hospitals, Centers & clinics …etc.) and effectively coordinating with other departments, and allow them to take a studied and pre-evaluated initiatives in their facilities.
